‘To penetrate the mystery of the cathedral of Aix-en-Provence via the theme of the sacrements of the Church: such is the intention of this album. Hearing by turns gregorian chant and the organ will enable you to discover my inner world which takes music of the past as a springboard to its reinvention. Composed expressly for the cathedral, Les Sacrements endeavours to provide the framework for an encounter among monody, paintings and polyphony, echoing my evolution as a musician, composer and organist.’ Grégoire Rolland
